My passion for helping students succeed began over 20 years ago in higher education. With a PhD in Educational Leadership and a Master's in Counseling, I spent 15 years working directly with college students on major decisions, career planning, and preparing for their futures.

I loved the work. The institutional constraints? Not so much.

Three and a half years ago, I left to do this work differently. Since then, I've written over 450 articles about education, leadership, and strategic thinking across Medium and Substack, with 40 featured by Medium and a leadership publication that's grown to over 16,000 followers.

Now I'm bringing all of that together in The Socratic AI Method, a comprehensive AI literacy program that teaches students how to think critically with AI, use it ethically, and maintain their own voice.

My mission is to bridge the gap between rapidly advancing technology and the real needs of students and families. I combine my academic training with hands-on expertise in AI to provide strategic guidance that prepares students for the future, not just with tools, but with judgment.
