I’m a writer, content developer, college consultant, and former higher education professional. I have a PhD in Educational Leadership plus a master’s degree in Counseling. I spent nearly 20 years working in higher education. Since leaving, I’ve built an extensive body of freelance writing and content development work.

My work covers AI, education, workplace issues, leadership, psychology, and other topics that interest me. I’m especially interested in human behavior, the systems we create, plus what happens when those systems don’t work the way we expect them to. I write everything from research-heavy articles to personal essays. I’ve also created educational materials, websites, newsletters, digital resources, plus a comprehensive AI literacy program.
